What Will You Do?

Property services, we are looking for employees who will primarily work with gardening, cleaning, and may also handle simpler maintenance requests/repairs. Daily tasks include lawn mowing, inspections, weeding flowerbeds, and cleaning stairwells.

There may also be other tasks within property maintenance such as handling customer maintenance requests.

Working in property services is varied and social. You meet our customers and contribute to a beautiful and pleasant living environment. You work both in a team and independently, planning your days and taking your own initiatives – you have great freedom under responsibility. Regardless of the weather, you work outdoors, and you get to be physically active all day. The job includes driving vehicles with trailers and what that entails.

Your mobile phone is an important work tool where you manage time reporting and reporting of tasks, for example.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, responsible, and caring. You have good knowledge of green space maintenance, cleaning, or a curiosity and interest in learning. You enjoy planning your own work, are flexible, and solution-oriented.

Since you will be working both independently and in a team, it is essential that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere in the workgroup. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in your interactions with residents in housing cooperatives. You are practically oriented and enjoy being active.

As we work with machines and motorized gardening tools, experience with machinery is an advantage, as well as having a brush cutter and chainsaw certification.

A driver's license (B) is required.

You will be based at our office in Västervik but may work throughout the entire market area. Riksbyggen strives for a balanced gender distribution and sees diversity as a strength. The position is a seasonal employment for about 6 months starting around April/May 2026.
